The Atlantik Group of Companies combines the business segments semiconductors and networking components. As a trend scout we are focused on innovative products that form the basis of our business concept.

Which recipe for success are you following for your customers?
As a service providing partner it is our debt to satisfy our customers requirement for quality and liability. As leading supplier of trendsetting products and solutions it is our ambition to make our business partners even more successful and to offer them the best time to technology, time to market and total cost of ownership.

How does your day start?
Sports in the morning give me the dynamic for a positive attitude.

How do you describe yourself as chief executive?
I am furthering and demanding, I concede a high level of individual responsibility to my associates and expect the appropriate commitment in return.

...and how do your associates answer?
He demands a lot, but we have the chance to improve ourselves as well. He meets the challenge.

Which of your traits makes others livid?
That's my swiftness over all, and the excursiveness that goes along, as well as my impatience waiting for the implementation of own ideas.

Which concrete social engagements does your company force?
The INITIATIVE DO IT e.V. supports different local, national and international projects. We see ourselves in the responsibility to help weak, indigent and needy fellow men.

How did you earn your first money?
I sold shares in a fond during my studies.

"Take lead!"

Try to be an example wherever possible.

How optimistic is your view into the future?
Our existance for more than 30 years makes me proud and happy. With our successful concept as a leading specialist and trend scout in the business fields semiconductors and networking components we are positioned so well that we can see any challenge and change as a chance. My view into the future is full of pleasure and optimism.
